How long will my order take?

Usually 6 to 12 business days: 1 to 3 days to prepare your order and 5 to 9 days in transit. We email you a tracking number as soon as it ships.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

Email us a photo and your order number. We will send a free replacement or a full refund. No need to send anything back.

Where is my order?

Use the Track your order page with your order number or email. If the tracking hasn't moved in a while, write to us and we will look into it.
